I support this proposal, in general. Large minimum lot sizes encourage sprawl, increase housing costs, and prevent the construction of "starter homes."

SDG Counties does not support the proposal to remove or standardize minimum lot sizes. "Urban residential parcels" includes both parcels in walking distance to major transit stations and rural villages with no transit within 100 km where most households have 2-4 cars.
