I'd like to register my objection to the proposed development of 11 towers in midtown Oakville. It is way too high density, resulting in terrible traffic congestion for the area. The Town of Oakville already had a sensible plan for development in that area. Read more

This Transit-Oriented Community (TOC) fails to comply with Premier Ford’s Build Homes Faster agenda and will not deliver a single home before 2031, the Province’s own housing deadline, and will take 25 years to complete. OPA70 is a better alternative and is ready to go. Read more

Thanks for the opportunity to comment. First of all….as a resident of Oakville for over 30 years with a big network….NO ONE WANTS THIS INSANE PLAN TO BUILD MEGA TOWERS IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN. THEY MAKE NO SENSE AND ADD NO VALUE TO ANYONE….EXCEPT THE DEVELOPER OF COURSE. Read more

The economic and viability case for these MZOs and this project has collapsed. The condominium market has both collapsed and shifted, with the market no longer supporting high rise projects dominated by studios and one-bedroom units, which is the configuration this TOC proposes. Read more
