A renewal of an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) was issued to Linergy Manufacturing Inc., operating as L.P.P Manufacturing, located at 347 Silvercreek, Guelph, Ontario.

The facility manufacturers automotive engine components with a production limit of up to 9,000,000 parts per year.

On September 13, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(A) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 357/24 in the City of Brampton. The City of Brampton requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.

On September 13, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 358/24 in the Municipality of Clarington. The Municipality requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.
