QM GP Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of QM LP failed to submit the required supporting technical documentation to conduct a technical review. Therefore, the application was closed on August 6, 2025.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (air and noise) has been granted to CalClean, Inc. The facility undertakes mobile soil and groundwater remediation at sites throughout Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) has been issued to 1712833 Ontario Limited, located in Mississauga, Ontario.

The facility undertakes the electroplating of metal parts and is registered on the Technical Standards Registry.

Approval is granted to amend the existing Environmental Compliance Approval No. 3168-BH9JQY issued to EcoVac Solutions Ltd. for a 0.157 hectare site to be used as a liquid soil processing facility located at 60A Baywood Road, Toronto, Ontario.

We have amended Ontario’s Blue Box Regulation (O. Reg. 391/21) under the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2016. These changes are designed to maintain existing recycling services while addressing rising system costs and providing producers with greater flexibility and regulatory certainty.
