The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-26-000026 to Ryan Hrkac for early exploration activities.

Permit to Take Water No. 1851-DRTMB6 has been issued to ClubLink Corporation ULC renewing Permit to Take Water No. 0108-BVPMLB for the purpose of golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from two creeks, located in Milton Ontario.

Approval is granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) to establish stormwater management works owned by SCAL Properties Ltd., to service a proposed Equipment Storage Yard Facility for the collection and disposal of stormwater runoff from a property located on Lot 20, Concession 4, in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville.

An approval was granted to Lyons Delyn Inc. for the amendment of Environmental Compliance Approval number 7462-5QRL4B to integrate two additional Class 4 onsite sewage disposal works which service Lyons Little Austria, a seasonal campground located at 137 Sixth Concession Road in Burford, County of Brant, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 4113-DRWMVX has been issued to Deer Ridge Golf Club, for golf course irrigation and recreational purposes. Water will be taken from the Grand River and one pond, located at Lot 12 and 13, Beasleys Broken Front Concession in Waterloo, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5364196051 version 1.0 has been issued to CARMEUSE LIME (CANADA) LIMITED on April 29, 2026, to renew the Permit No. 1326-9ZQK4A. Water will be taken from Lake Huron for industrial (manufacturing, water supply) purposes, located in Spragge, Ontario.

We have issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility and an annual production limit of 5,000,000 kg of finished parts per year to Superfinish (2018) Inc.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) has been granted to National Fire Fabrication Limited, a fire protection fabrication company which manufactures custom fire sprinkler system components located at 750 Gana Court, Mississauga.

We issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to Maple Transfer and Recycling Inc. (MTR) for the transfer and processing of non-hazardous solid waste, including construction and demolition waste, commercial and industrial waste, recyclable materials, wood waste, broken concrete, and excess soil at a site located in the City of Vaughan.
