This proposal is for an amendment to the industrial sewage works approval, Environmental Compliance Approval, ECA no. 2423-B6CN2D, for the addition of Clean Harbors Polyfluoro-Alkyl substances anion exchange Ion Resin (CH-PFAIS) treatment to the mobile sewage works unit for the collection, and disposal of surface water.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-4431565993 has been issued to ST. MARYS CEMENT INC. (CANADA). for aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one pond and five wells located in the Municipality of Brighton, Ontario.
Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8417269239 has been issued to EVERGREEN GOLF COURSE LIMITED. Water will be taken from two wells for restaurant/ food services water supply and golf course purposes; and Wolfe Lake for golf course irrigation, campgrounds and recreational parks water supply purposes.
Approval is granted to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) No. A121026, issued to Clean Harbors Canada Inc. for operating a non-hazardous and hazardous waste transfer facility in the City of Thorold.
A new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) has been granted for the sewage treatment and subsurface disposal works rated at a total of 118,150 litres per day, to service 80 year-round residential units for the York Region Condominium Corporation No. 676, located in the Town of Aurora, Ontario.
The application was cancelled by the Ministry because there was insufficient information in the application. An Environmental Compliance Approval was not issued.
