Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1249970067 has been issued to M&R Commercial Properties Inc. for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one well from the City of Markham, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water (PTTW) No. P300-6293066621 version 2.0 has been issued to Abacus Equity Infusion Limited for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from four ponds located in the Town of Whitby, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 3742-DHBNFZ was issued on June 5, 2025, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 0173-9UYRZH for the purpose of watering stockpiled lumber. Water will be taken from Golden Lake, and one dugout pond for 10 years.
