The last day this decision can be appealed is October 18, 2022.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-4320282970 (version 1.0) was issued to 2332743 Ontario Inc. on May 8, 2025. Water will be taken from three ponds for construction dewatering purposes, located at 621 Longfields Drive in the City of Ottawa, Ontario for 10 years.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval No. 2809-C48PUR to 604840 Ontario Inc. for the construction of on-site sewage works serving the operation of an existing seasonal trailer park located at 9 Island Park Road in the Municipality of Trent Hills, Ontario.

We are notifying the public a permit has been issued for an activity that will impact Eastern Foxsnake (Carolinian population) and Blanding’s Turtle. The permit includes actions to minimize adverse effects, beneficial actions for the species as well as monitoring and reporting requirements.

This policy proposal invited the public to provide early input into the renewal of the 2012 Ontario Invasive Species Strategic Plan. We have considered all input received and are proceeding with public consultation on a draft Ontario Invasive Species Strategic Plan, 025-1334.

Approval was granted for a licence amendment to allow Dufferin Aggregates, operating in the County of Brant to increase the number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed annually for Licence No. 5601, from 997,700 to 2,000,000.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Disposal Site) was granted to Draglam Waste & Recycling Inc. for the use and operation of waste disposal site, located at 1325 Squires Beach Road.

We introduced a new penalty under Waste Diversion Transition Act to help ensure compliance with the legislation and its regulations. This will help to make sure the environment remains protected during the transition to the new producer responsibility framework.

We have granted an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) for R. W. Tomlinson Limited, a hot mix asphalt plant located in the Town of Greater Napanee, Ontario.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-22-000228 to Gordon Salo for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.
