Permit to Take Water No. 3312-D47FPS was issued to 1589873 Ontario Limited on October 3, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 0788-9SSKGS for golf course irrigation and clubhouse water supply purposes. Water will be taken from one pond, one watercourse, and one well at the Flamborough Hills Golf Club, located in Copetown, Ontario for 10 years.

We issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (air) with Limited Operational Flexibility to LANXESS Canada Co./Cie, a specialty chemical manufacturer of synthetic oil, antioxidants, rubber additives, and other specialty chemicals facility located in Elmira, Ontario.

This proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 7635-CXBKE8 for a Class IV septic system with a daily design rated capacity of 2,500 litres per day, servicing a proposed three bedroom residence, located at 41 Zaporoze Road, in the Town of Caledon, as part of the Poltawa Country Club.

The application is cancelled as withdrawn.
