We have finalized the Fisheries Management Zone 11 Management Plan. The plan for Fisheries Management Zone 11 will help promote ecological sustainability and allow for ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of management objectives and actions taken.
On March 5, 2021, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 160/21 to permit 15 affordable housing units. The City of Hamilton requested that the Minister consider making a Zoning Order.
