This decision is for the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 3222-87BR8F, issued to Condon Construction Limited, to take water from three wells and one pond for water supply and golf course irrigation operations.

A new Permit to Take Water for Dulcina Investments Inc has been issued for dewatering and remediation purposes. Water will be taken from four (4) wells related to construction activities, located in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6348-BAFR84 was issued, which renews and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 4233-A97RTY. The Permit was issued on April 24, 2019 with an expiry date of April 24, 2029.

Permit to Take Water No. 7220-BTKLTS was issued to Walker Aggregates Inc. on March 18, 2025. Water will be taken from three ponds at the Ridgemount Quarry site, located in the Town of Fort Erie, Ontario, for quarry dewatering.

An amendment approval to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) No. 2678-BYY2PW has been granted to 2386843 Ontario Ltd., operating as Phantom Disposal, to expand the excess soils operation at the site.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-4262616228 was issued to Blocknote Canada Inc. on June 8, 2024. Water will be taken from three wells for water supply purposes to service a hotel and spa development, located in Consecon, Prince Edward County, Ontario.

A Certificate of Property Use was issued to the Regional Municipality of Waterloo for the property located at 188 Water Street South, in the City of Cambridge, on June 7, 2023.

An amendment  was approved to existing Environmental Compliance Approval No. 1431-BTWRCL issued on October 22, 2020 for 102 Main Street. The purpose of this amendment is to request a change from the previously approved Norweco Modulair CR-90 treatment plant treating wastewater from the facility at 106 Main Street with five Ecoflo units.

The Minister has issued a permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 to the Regional Municipality of Halton for activities in Burlington that may impact Silver Shiner. The permit includes actions to minimize adverse effects, actions to benefit the species, as well as monitoring and reporting requirements.

The Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks has made a decision not to issue an overall benefit permit to U. Lucchetta Construction Limited.

Certificate of Property Use No. 6454-CGJJCS was issued to Chayell Palm Canada Ltd. on January 16, 2023 with no changes as part of the development plans for the property.

The Ministry of Energy has decided to move forward with the proposal. Lieutenant Governor in Council has approved the Orders in Council (OICs) and Minister’s Directive pursuant to the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 (OEBA). The OICs and Directive will facilitate the timely development of five new transmission lines in Southwestern Ontario.

Application 59-C-220755 for a road access easement was approved on September 27, 2022 subject to conditions. The last date to appeal this decision is October 17, 2022.

The government has made changes to the Planning Act and Development Charges Act, 1997 through Bill 23 – the More Homes Built Faster Act, 2022 to encourage gentle density in most existing residential areas province-wide.

On August 29, 2025, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order (with conditions) with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 205/25 in the City of Markham. The Minister of Long-term Care requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order, which was supported by Markham's Mayor.
