A new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to Cornwall Gravel Company Limited for approval of upgrades to the existing works for the treatment and disposal of water and reuse of wash water from existing aggregate washing operations, located with the existing Cornwall Gravel Greely Quarry site, located in the City of Ottawa.
We are moving forward with regulatory changes to allow the ministry and owners and operators of wastewater facilities to act quickly to help ensure that waterways in Ontario are protected during an emergency, including by providing wastewater facility owners with temporary staffing options and extending operator licences.

The Ministry is proposing to issue a permit to Battery Mineral Resources Limited to undertake these early exploration activities: Mechanized Drilling and Mechanized Stripping.
