Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on November 6th, 2024 in respect of Application 60-C-201116 for a lot addition for resource-based recreational use on lands described as PIN 42151-0323 & PIN 42151-0293 in the District of Kenora. The last day this decision can be appealed in November 27th, 2023. 

A Permit to Take Water No. 0818-CX4MJF was issued to 140 Yorkville Corporation on October 31, 2023 to amend Permit No. 6104-C99LBA to increase water takings. Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario, for 26 months.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5236518498 was issued to Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort Ltd. on November 2, 2023 to renew Permit No. 8615-AQKH4T. Water will be taken from one watercourse and three wells for water supply and snowmaking purposes at the Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort, located in Moonstone, Ontario, for five years.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1201303287 on November 1, 2023, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 0058-9CCKWH, for R. W. Tomlinson Limited for industrial purposes in the Municipality of North Grenville, Ontario. The new permit expires on October 15, 2033

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for modifications to the existing stormwater management works serving the Waste Management of Canada Corporation Courtice Transfer and Processing Facility, located at 1 McKnight Road in Courtice, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for The Sarjeant Company Limited for industrial stormwater management works, serving a ready mix plant located at 2 Cochrane Lake Road in Seguin Township, Ontario.

We have amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 7440-98UGZE for All Treat Farms Limited, a composting, soil blending and packaging facility, located in Arthur, Township of Wellington North, Ontario.
