The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-23-000119 to Cobaltech Mining Incorporated for early exploration activities.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6197935431 was issued to Queen Leslie Developments Limited on May 16, 2023 for 5 years. Water will be taken from one well for long-term dewatering purposes located in North York, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) was issued to Control Chem Canada Ltd., a chemical blending and repackaging facility, located in the Burlington, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) was granted for Vineland Manufacturing Ltd., a facility specializing in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality carbon steel pressure vessels and hardware components, located in the City of St. Catharines, Regional Municipality of Niagara, Ontario.

Approval has been granted to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 7388-6RDHFS for Waste Management of Canada Corporation, a facility that maintains a fleet of waste hauling trucks, stores waste bins, baler, container maintenance shop and vehicle maintenance shop, located in Mount Forest, County of Wellington, Ontario.
