We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) for ReSoil Solutions Inc. for the use and operation of a non-hazardous liquid soil waste transfer/processing site located in the City of Markham, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 3032-CG5RLY on July 8, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 3240-8VDN3Q, for St. Mary’s Cement Inc. (Canada) for industrial purposes. The permitted water taking will serve the CBM Ready Mix Concrete Plant in Cambridge, Ontario. The new permit expires July 31, 2032.

An Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works was granted to serve Bosco & Roxy's New Manufacturing Facility, located in the City of London, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 8630-CGJKBX on July 22, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 5233-9B2QTC, for Jukic Group Ltd. for golf course irrigation purposes. The permitted water taking will serve the Niagara National Golf Course in Stevensville, Ontario. The new permit expires February 28, 2032.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 1720-CEHUKA on June 29, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 6737-9NLKUX, for Fescue’s Edge Golf Club Inc. for golf course irrigation purposes. The water taking will serve the Niagara Fescue's Edge Golf Club in Scotland, County of Brant, Ontario. The new permit expires on December 31, 2030.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7573-C9FQNS for Drain Bros. Excavating Limited on January 24, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 2028-AQNPYY. Water will be taken from one pond for quarry dewatering at the Havelock Quarry in the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water No. 7520-CCXKLJ was issued to Muskoka Ministry Centre on March 28, 2022 to renew permit No. 5268-A67TJ8 for 10 years. Water will be taken from four wells related to water supply activities, located in the Township of Brunel, Huntsville, District Municipality of Muskoka, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water No. 6857-CCSJDL was issued to Big Cedar (ORO) Residents Association on March 28, 2022, to renew permit No. 2343-8SKST9 for 10 years. Water will be taken from two wells located in Oro-Medonte, County of Simcoe, Ontario, for a communal water supply.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to Grace Family Farms Ltd. for stormwater management facilities serving the Phase 1 West Greenhouse, located at 219 County Road 18 in the Municipality of Leamington, County of Essex, Ontario.

This decision is to refuse the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 6703-8MZH3U issued to Jack Edward Odolphy for golf course irrigation. Water was requested to be taken from three ponds located in the City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, Ontario.

Larfarge Canada Inc. requested to withdraw their application for a Permit to Take Water (PTTW) for industrial purposes. The application is considered withdrawn and no PTTW was issued.

A Permit to Take Water No. 1205-C82JKH was issued to Raytheon Canada Limited on October 26, 2021 to renew Permit No. 0306-8SBHC5 for a period of 10 years. Water will be taken from two wells for industrial manufacturing purposes in the Town of Midland, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water No. 7430-C8FJBV was issued to Woodbine Entertainment Group on November 12, 2021 to renew Permit No. 7204-A6EMWW for a period of 10 years. Water will be taken from two wells for commercial purposes to supply the Mohawk Racetrack, located in the Town of Milton, Ontario.
