The Ministry is proposing to issue a permit to Stephen Skjonsby to undertake these early exploration activities: Mechanized Drilling, Mechanized Stripping and Pitting and Trenching of Bedrock. The location of the activities is within McAuslan township.

This proposal is for the issuance of an Environmental Compliance Approval 20-OWE-97467 for Grand Bend Sanitation Services Inc. for a hauled sewage disposal site in Bluewater, Ontario.

This proposal is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 0741-9C2R3D for mine dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one (1) well and four (4) ponds related to mining activities, located in the City of Timmins, District of Cochrane, Ontario.

The ministry has accepted the risk assessment prepared for the owner, Associated Toronto Taxi-Cab Co-operative Limited, as part of the development plans for property at 130 Rivalda Road, Toronto. The director is considering issuing a Certificate of Property Use ("CPU") in relation to the property.
