We have decided to transfer requirements from Ontario’s industrial effluent monitoring and limits regulations into Environmental Compliance Approvals and revoke the regulations. These changes will provide regulated industrial facilities with greater flexibility to make operational improvements, while maintaining strong environmental protections.
An Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site)19-HAM-82678 for Bill’s Septic Ltd. was issued on May 27, 2019 for a hauled sewage site as described below.
A Certificate of Property Use was issued on June 18, 2025, to Keele West Developments Inc. for the intended residential use of the property located on the western portion of 12796 and 12800 Keele Street, King City, Ontario.
We are reviewing the Permit Guide to ensure it reflects the amendments to Ontario Regulation 63/09, under the Pesticides Act that came into effect in April 2020. A new policy proposal for the revised Guide will be published at a later date. Therefore, a decision has been made not to proceed with this proposal and this posting is considered closed.
