The ministry has closed an application for a permit by the Corporation of the City of Pembroke to carry out sanitary sewer works in Pembroke, Ontario that would have impacted Butternut and its habitat. No decision was made and no permit has been issued.
We have amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 1571-9EJTVL for Imperial Oil Limited, a former petroleum bulk plant, for an air sparging and bioventing/vapour extraction system located in the City of Timmins, Ontario.
