The Minister has issued an overall benefit permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 to King City East (North) Landowners Group Inc. for construction work that will adversely impact Redside Dace and its habitat. The permit includes actions to minimize adverse effects, actions to benefit the species, and monitoring and reporting requirements.

The report includes COSSARO’s assessments and resulting classifications of species in accordance with the Endangered Species Act, 2007.
