The application for this Permit to Take Water for Pure North Resources Inc. was withdrawn by the applicant on April 14, 2025.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on October 7, 2022 in respect of Application 52-C-207616 to sever two existing recreational dwellings for seasonal recreational purposes, in Cascaden unincorporated township, District of Sudbury. The last day this decision can be appealed is October 27, 2022.

Permit to Take Water No. 4663-BH7PM9 was issued on November 25, 2019 with an expiry date of October 31, 2029.

Permit to Take Water No. 3230-B5VLVP was issued on December 14, 2018 with an expiry date of October 31, 2025.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval to GFL Environmental Inc., for the East Ontario Waste Handling Facility to approve minor changes to the composting operation.

Permit to Take Water No. 4170-BCERHP was issued on June 6, 2019. The permit has an expiry date of May 20, 2029.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for Daniels Emshih Oakvillage Corp. was withdrawn by the applicant on January 10, 2025.
