Ontario is ending the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Program (WEEE), which helped recycled electronics like televisions, computers and phones. The Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation (EEE) is now in place for managing waste electronics in Ontario. All steps for winding up the old program have been implemented.
Certificate of Property Use No. 1505-AFBR7X-1 was issued to the owner, Rotary Club of Sarnia Charitable Foundation, of the property located at 1206 Michigan Avenue in Sarnia, Ontario, as part of their continued use of and any future development at the site.
The government has issued a guideline for the “community infrastructure and housing accelerator” tool under the Planning Act. The guideline governs how and where this tool may be used.

An application to amend Part 1.9.3.15 of the Niagara Escarpment Plan (NEP) specific to the Mineral Resource Extraction Area, has been submitted by Durham Stone and Paving Incorporated.
