We issued a notice to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) No. 7819-AR5R9P for NOVA Chemicals (Canada) Ltd. / NOVA Chimie (Canada) Ltee., for a petrochemical facility upgrade in St. Clair, Ontario.
We have approved new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 7403-BHHJ5F to Van Geest Bros. Limited for existing stormwater management facilities serving a greenhouse site in City of St. Catharines, Ontario.
We have posted a draft recovery strategy for one species at risk. We are requesting additional scientific information, including traditional ecological knowledge, to be considered in finalizing this recovery strategy.

We have approved amendments to the management direction for Nimoosh, Pukaskwa River, Gravel River, Kama Hills, Ruby Lake and Black Sturgeon River provincial parks to allow an electrical transmission to be built between Thunder Bay and Wawa. Amendments to Ouimet Canyon Provincial Park will not be included in this project.
