We have updated the approval to Revolution Environmental Solutions Acquisition GP Inc., o/aTerrapure Environmental, to allow additional waste classes to be received and/or processed at the Imperial street facility in Hamilton. The approval will allow the company to improve upon and expand the waste management services they provide.
The decision to issue the instrument proposed under 012-4296 (ECA-Air) was combined with the instrument proposed under 012-4313 (ECA-Waste) into a multi-media approval that was issued on March 26, 2019.
We have approved amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) No. 8080-6FJLJ7 for Waste Management of Canada Corporation, operating the Aurora landfill located in the Town of Arura, Ontario.
Permit to Take Water No. 0377-BBTQ2M was issued to 2201115 Ontario Inc. on June 17, 2019. This Permit is valid until December 31, 2028, and cancels and replaces Permit To Take Water No. 5117-ALZJNB, issued on June 19, 2017.
