Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on August 22, 2019 for Application 52-C-180496 for a lot addition from PIN 73097-0063 (severed) to PIN 73097-0033 (benefitting) in the geographic township of Gallagher, District of Sudbury.  The last day this decision can be appealed is September 11, 2019.

The Minister has issued an overall benefit permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 to Lorwood Holdings Inc. for a development which may impact Redside Dace and its habitat. The permit includes actions to minimize adverse effects and benefit the species, as well as monitoring and reporting requirements.

This notice was published in error and is a duplicate for notice 019-0177.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 1472-B6YQUN on May 24, 2019 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 5333-A5YJ3W for Enbridge Pipelines Inc. located within the Township of South Dundas, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 31, 2021.

A new regulation was made to address transition rules related to the restoration of municipal planning authority resulting from changes made to the Planning Act by the Green Energy Repeal Act, 2018.

Livingston Excavating and Trucking Inc. was issued a licence to operate a pit below the water table to extract aggregate in the County of Norfolk.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to Pickerel Bay Lodge Inc. for sewage works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of domestic sewage, servicing the existing seasonal Pickerel Bay Lodge located at 366 Pickerel Bay Road, White Lake, in the Township of Lanark Highlands, County of Lanark.

This decision is for a renewal to Permit to Take Water No. 8011-9SQL77. Permit to Take Water No. 8216-BW4S4K was issued on December 22, 2020 to 805681 Ontario Ltd. for the purpose of golf course irrigation at the Indian Wells Golf Club located in the City of Burlington, Ontario. The permit expires on September 30, 2030.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Preston Sand and Gravel Company Ltd. to change the final depth of extraction from above the water table to below the water table for licence No. 624962 (Jigs Hollow), operating in the Township of Woolwich, Region of Waterloo.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to 1150068 Ontario Inc. for approval of the existing works for the treatment of sanitary sewage and subsurface disposal of treated effluent from the existing J&J's Big Rideau Lake Resort located at 4350 County Road #43, Portland, Township of Rideau Lakes.

Permit to Take Water Ref No. 4105-BAXKCA was returned as it was a duplicate application. The Application was returned on July 4, 2019.

Nadin Contracting Ltd. was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Thunder Bay District.

Application 58-C-229636 was approved subject to standard conditions on November 3, 2023. The last date to appeal the decision is November 23, 2023.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Erie Sand & Gravel Limited in the Municipality of Leamington to increase the area of below water extraction and also import up to 10,000,000 cubic metres of excess soil to this site for final rehabilitation.

We have approved an amendment application for the expansion of process wastewater treatment system (increase of rated capacity from 1,300 to 1,800 m³/day) at Darling International Canada Inc.'s Rothsay Moorefield plant in the Township of Mapleton.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued for the establishment of a seasonal subsurface sewage disposal works to service a 4- bedroom cottage, and for approval of the existing subsurface disposal works servicing the existing cottages and trailer site, located at 352 Buckhorn Narrows Road in the Municipality of Trent Lakes.

We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval No.2795-BB6LGF to Taggart Aggregates Ltd., the operator of a portable crushing plant that will operate in various locations in Ontario.

We approved Certificate of Property Use No. 4724-B9BJHJ to UCANCO General Partners Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Canure Limited Partnership (Owner) on August 8, 2019.
