This decision is for an amendment to Permit to Take Water for 3642-BZ5RS2 for Devil's Pulpit Golf Association, for the addition of one new water supply well (PW-5). Water will be taken from four wells for golf course irrigation, located in the Town of Caledon, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1278761252 was issued to GARDENS COMMUNITIES (HAGERSVILLE) INC. on August 23, 2024. Water will be taken for construction dewatering purposes to allow for the construction of a proposed residential development, forcemain, and pumping station, located in Hagersville, Ontario for 10 years.
