On March 24, 2023, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed an amendment to the Zoning Order O. Reg. 771/21, made pursuant to clause 47(8) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as O. Reg. 54/23.
On July 30, 2021, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 547/21. The City of Toronto requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.
On October 22, 2020, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order, made pursuant to section 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 595/20 to facilitate the development of housing on lands known municipally as 153-185 Eastern Avenue in the City of Toronto.
We are proposing to amend Ontario Regulation 167/95 to revise three regulated manuals under the Crown Forest Sustainability Act. The proposed revisions align with the Sustainable Growth: Ontario’s Forest Sector Strategy and modernize the forest management planning process while continuing to provide for the sustainability of Ontario’s forests.

On March 5, 2021, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O.Reg) 169/21. The City of Markham supported a private request to the Minister to consider making a Zoning Order.
On January 26, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 8/24. The City of Toronto and Minister of Health requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.
On November 15, 2021, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 770/21. The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.
