Regarding Bill 17. This is such a short sighted, greedy bill being proposed by our current government. There are far better and longer lasting avenues to create jobs and prosperity within Ontario that are much less harmful and more profitable than what this government is proposing.
This is a lazy Bill.
This is a cop-out Bill.
This is showing Canada and the world that Ontario is stuck in the past and relying on old industry.
Ontario can step up and be a leader in low emission technology that creates generational wealth. Instead it's taking the easy way out.
Everyone in Legislature should think long and hard about their legacy with this Bill. Your children, grandchildren will never see these species at risk once their gone.
Your grandchildren deserve to see the wild part of Ontario that this Bill is going to kill.
