I completely agree with the proposed restrictions on baitfish and actually think they should be a little more restrictive. Too many lakes are getting perch and bass that only had trout before. Once the harm is done it cannot be undone easily. And if given a little slack there are people who will stretch the rules and ruin a delicate ecosystem. Thanks
