I am in favor of the ERO 019…

I am in favor of the ERO 019-8289 proposal for modification of the Rondeau Park Management Plan to allow a cottage lease extension to 2038, but I support even more strongly the decision in ERO 011-1300 to develop a new proposal for the long term occupation of cottage lots. That proposal has not yet appeared and has been delayed long enough. Cottages belong in Rondeau Park according to the original Park Charter and are Heritage assets. There is no question that the community is worthy of preservation so please get on with it!
