I am repliying as a cancer…

I am repliying as a cancer survivor. It was my understanding that this new plant was going to be quieter with less pollution. I am finding that at night the noise of the plant is very loud . I live on top the hill and find the plant wakes me up at night.( is the new plant going to be louder)? I also thought the polution was going to be less . With all these chemicals being released is it really any better. The sault has a very high rate of cancer as it is are these toxic chemicals any better . We can recycle the metal we use but we can not recycle it air we breath.
