This current Government…

This current Government bills itself as "For the People". What is more important for the people than ensuring that current and future generation of Ontarions, and Canadians, have access to an environment that is safe for their habitation. By repealing the existing cap and trade legislation, the Ford Government goes against their own campaign promises of being "For the People".

What is more against the people of Ontario than putting marginal savings back into peoples pockets, only for there to be nowhere to spend it in a few short years.

Climate change is real, it is happening, and it is extremely angering to see effective legislation being dismantled for short-sited insignificant savings and sound-bites for the next election cycle.

Until legislation is put together that is equally effective, or more effective, than the current Bill 4; it would be against the best interests of the people of Ontario for this government to consider any changes to alter the current Bill 4.
