I am a former resident of Guelph and recently visited and saw water usage warning posters all over town. How can this be ? Guelph has an abundant supply of water. The best groundwater in Ontario!
On my way up Highway 6 to the 401 I got my answer -- there is a huge Nestlé plant is using all of the water to bottle and package for their own profits. Water is a human right and the rightful owners of that water are the residents of Guelph and the surrounding area. Please protect our water.
