I object to the proposal…

I object to the proposal because it does not provide enough information for me to understand or provide meaningful comments.

Specifically, there is not one piece of supporting documentation. Although the new electric furnaces will require an amendment to the current ECA, there are no details of what issues the amendment will address, or even any draft language for the amendment. There is no information about how or to what degree the new furnaces will impact the current emissions of known air contaminant carcinogens into the community of Sault Ste. Marie.

I urge MECP to not proceed further with this propsal without providing the public with actual detailed supporting information so that we can actually review it in order to provide comments. Our health is at stake. This proposal invites comment while rendering such comment null and void by the lack of information provided
