I am deeply concerned about…

I am deeply concerned about potential changes concerning the land expropriation process that this act brings. Specifically:

“ "A provision prohibits registered owners form applying under the expopriations act for the adjustment of the date of possession for land that was expropriated by the Ministor for the purposes of priority highway project."

I do not agree with this provision, and believe we should be able to continue to be able to appeal or legally fight any expropriation.
