I am pleased to see that part of this bill will prevent landowners from causing pointless delays to highway projects by bringing cases to court. i.e. R.S.O. 1990, c. E.26, s. 39 (3)

However, I do not see why it is only being implemented for highways. Please extend the same change to all infrastructure projects (all roads, transit, energy etc.) so that your government and future Ontario governments don't experience costly delays on ANY project for this reason.
