Regarding sampling…

Regarding sampling frequencies outside of a PCA/APEC, it's proposed to be reduced at the discretion of the QP. For consistency across the province and for receiver sites, would the MECP consider having minimum sampling frequencies, based on volume/percentage? The proposed change states that analysis frequency would be required to be statistically significant and rationalized in the SAP. Can the MECP provide clarification of what they are looking to be added to the SAP?
