I would like to make some comments on the current Net Metering program. Currently, as per section 8.8 after 12 months of a credit balance, the following 13th month will be $0. I understand why this is in place as to prevent very large buildup of credits; however, if my 12th month is October and credits are zeroed, then when I need the credits the most through the winter, I will not have them. I would like to propose that I can request to manually have my credits zeroed at any point before the 12 months. Basically I would reset my credits every March so that I can build what I need through the winter during the summer.
