I think this is ridiculous!!…

I think this is ridiculous!!! Horse manure is just grass and a bit of grain and decomposes quite quickly after a rain and is excellent fertilizer for the forest, unlike dog poop, which sits on the ground for months and months! Until you can make sure that all dog owners clean up after their dogs and carry their poop bags out and not leave them all over or make them wear diapers as well, then leave the horses alone.
I would like to see stricter rules on leashing dogs as well, as they cause a lot of problems in the regional forests! They run up and bother other people in the forest, attack other people with their dogs and attack the horses. All dogs in the regional Forest should be leashed at all times.
