With respect to horses on…

With respect to horses on trails and the use of catch bags, for horse waste, please reconsider this requirement. I currently use trails and we have managed this issue by being responsible and returning to remove or scatter debris, we have, when safe to do so, dismounted to scatter. Our Horse Club have done collaborative work on trail maintenance and we have always respected the trail conditions and used them with great discretion according to weather conditions. Please allow trail riding without further regulations of restrictive, non-necessary containment-catch bags.
