I am in favour of extending the moratorium to allow time to eventually do away with approvals for water bottling in plastic bottles. There isn't any aspect of the whole water bottling catastrophe that has any redeeming features. My grandchildren even understand this and refuse to request or drink of plastic water bottles. Surely legislators can understand the importance of stopping the carnage of our oceans and rivers.
