Please, in your right mind where your future and the future of your children and grandchildren are concerned, do not pass this bill. In doing so you will be granting permission for animal species to be decimated. Their habitats are already much depleted and we have to respect and learn to live with them and help provide them a place to thrive. Giving builders permission to not consider the environmental laws and those pertaining to animal habitats is despicable to consider. There are better ways, then do better always!
