Please do not proceed with this proposal. How ironic is it that you are proposing to exempt further public participation on Ontario Place decisions through this ERO proposal?
Why would you want to do this, I wonder? You want to modify the law and regulation... your solution to everything seems to be to exempt yourself from laws and public transparency.
IMPORTANT: The title of this ERO proposal is completely misleading. It likely that this misleading title resulted in a lot of "out of scope" comments that are really related to the ESA proposal or the SEZ proposal or one of the other 4 proposals related to Bill 5. This is a failing on your part and I strongly suggest that you admit to and account for this mistake. Please take all the "out of scope" comments and send them to the owners of the ERO postings for which they ARE in scope. Also, you'd better not ignore this comment as "out of scope" for this proposal. Ha.
