I strongly oppose the proposed changes to the Rebuilding Ontario Place Act. In the first place, I want to say that I do not agree with the proposed changes to Ontario Place and the process that has been used to contract with a non-Canandian company to build a spa that we don't know and will benefit few.

But to now see that there will be no public notice of enviromental impacts and what is being or not being done is totally unacceptable.
