It is imperative that the environmental assessment requirements promised by the Conservative government prior to the election remain intact. The proximity to the schools, the numerous trucks that will be utilizing the roads, and the numerous health concerns on the water and ecosystems that would be greatly affected are all cries for the assessment to be completed.
