REJECT BILL 5!!!! If Bill 5 passes, it would give the Ford Government the ability to take any land it wants, from anywhere, and give it to any corporation for whatever project it chooses. Local and municipal laws will not apply in these zones – and that could include labour, safety and wage laws. Bill 5 is an anti-democratic bill that will annihilate environmental regulations, debilitate the endangered species act and squash decision-making powers of local communities. We didn’t vote him in with a mandate to sell off Ontario to the highest bidder at the expense of our Nature and the democratic process.
