As a resident of Ontario and Canadian citizen, I strongly oppose the changes proposed in 025-0416. There is no justification for the Ontario Place project to be exempt from parts of the Environmental Bill of Rights. Moreover, these changes have the potential to set a dangerous precedent for the degradation not only of our environmental oversight, but of our democratic process.
