I do not agree with providing an exemption from Part II of the Environmental Bill of Rights, 1993. That legislation exists for a reason. Not allowing notice or the ability for public to consult and be aware of any of the developments for Ontario Place is disgusting. It is also shocking to me that you want to skip environmental precautions. Our environment is so important and must be protected.
