We have reviewed the proposal and drawing and we wish to make very clear that we are opposed to any further development on Engineer or Winnetka Lake that would include more cottages than exist now. Septic field needs for additional cottages would damage the area surrounding the lake and would lead to the pollution of the lake. As well, public access from and to both lakes should remain that, and should not be privately owned.
