Please do not implement the June 4th amendments for the regulation. Instead amend the regulation to encourage producers to focus on reuse (the circular economy) and recycling. A great reuse example is a producer who provides reusable food containers for eateries and stores. And, please implement a return-deposit system for non alcoholic beverage bottles and cans.

Also, please retain the blue box collection at multi-residential buildings.

And, please do not permit the burning or incineration of plastics, other recycling materials and garbage.
