Thanks for opportunity to comment on this proposal. I am fully supportive of this proposal and all elements to introduce digital options and approaches to improve compliance, security and customer service to hunters and anglers.

I really feel like the digital tag and mobile application approach will be great. Most of the hunters I know (including young and old) are now using a mobile device in the field for communications, maps, sat imagery, etc. I realize that some hunters don't like that stuff but more and more this is becoming a reality to today's hunter.

We all know that the paper tags (while convenient) presented some challenges for the ministry and hunters. Would the ministry consider an option to allow for durable tags to be mailed if a hunter wanted one? Maybe the hunter pays a few extra dollars to get it? I think the digital tags will help overcome some of the issues with paper tags.
